1. Introduction

BiteZilla ("App", "Service") is a calorie, nutrition, and fitness tracking mobile application operated by DPRODUCT Unipessoal ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Portugal with address Caminho da Quinta da Ponte 325, Podame, Monção, Portugal.

By downloading, accessing, or using BiteZilla, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use BiteZilla. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Health & AI Disclaimer

BiteZilla provides informational tools only and is not a medical service or medical device. The App does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional health advice.

AI-based insights are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are intended solely for general guidance and educational purposes. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health, dietary, or fitness decisions.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

4. User Accounts

An account is required to use BiteZilla. Guest access is not available.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Supported login methods include email/password and third-party providers such as Apple and Google.

5. User Data & Content

You may input data including weight, height, nutrient intake, fitness goals, and related information.

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

BiteZilla offers paid subscription plans with a 14-day free trial.

Billing is handled exclusively via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the respective app store settings before the renewal date.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant app store.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service
• Upload malicious or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, software, and content in BiteZilla are owned by or licensed to DPRODUCT Unipessoal. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via the app.

We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, if these Terms are violated, or if the Service is discontinued.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Portugal.
