"BiteZilla", the BiteZilla logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of DPRODUCT Unipessoal or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this application are the trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Permitted Use

Any downloading or copying of account information
Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

4. User-Generated Content

Any content you upload, submit, or input into BiteZilla, including but not limited to food photos, meal logs, and personal health data, remains your property. By using our service, you grant DPRODUCT Unipessoal a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the BiteZilla service.

5. Third-Party Content

BiteZilla may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by DPRODUCT Unipessoal. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

The nutritional data and AI-generated insights provided in BiteZilla may incorporate publicly available nutritional databases and information. Such data remains subject to the terms and conditions of their respective owners.

6. Open Source Software

BiteZilla may contain open-source software components that are subject to their respective licenses. A list of open-source components and their licenses is available upon request.

7. Copyright Infringement
